What is Skyeluna?
Skyeluna is a monthly subscription service that delivers handcrafted luxury candles to your doorstep.
How much do boxes cost?
LUNA box = $24 permonth
SKYE box = $40 per month
What can I expect to find in my monthly box?
LUNA box will contains one of the two container candles and a pack of melts. SKYE box contains two container candles and a pack of melts. We also include an art print associated with the month's theme illustrated by yours truly.
What is monthly themed box?
Every month is different theme, and the scents curated for the candles is associated to the theme of the month. We reveal our themes weeks in advance prior to shipping out the boxes so you can manage your subscription.
When do boxes ship out?
We will ship your boxes in the first week of the month, but keep in mind that COVID-19 might cause delays.
Can I order a one time purchase?
Yes. You can also give the box as a gift. There is a box dedicated for customer comments at the checkout page. Just leave us a message or details of your request. You can always email us at email@example.com if you have more questions.
What is the refund/returns policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we don't accept returns. If the products get to you damaged, take a photo and email us as soon as possible. We can either send a replacement or refund you for the box.
How do I login to my account?
You will find the login page on the drop down menu on the left corner of the site.
Changing your product or plan?
Create an account or login to your account, click on subscription in the menu and you can manage your subscription. If you need to change your box between LUNA or SKYE, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What can I do within my account?
You can see the status of your orders, cancel subscription, or skip renewals.
Why can't I see anything under subscription?
It might be because when you purchased your box, you chose one-time purchase. When you subscribe to our boxes monthly, you need to create an account. If you subscribed already and are still unable to manage your subscription, email us at email@example.com
When will I be billed for the next month?
If you are an active subscriber, you will receive an invoice on the 15th of every month. This allows time for you to receive your box of the month, see the next month's theme and decide if you want to skip or not. You can skip or cancel until the last day of the month before boxes are shipped.
