OUR STORY
When Skye was born in 2017, my career in the Army has ended. I knew that when I finish my contract, I wasn't going to reenlist and my life will solely revolve around our family. I pursued my Master's Degree in Illustration and was a stay-at-home mom for two years. November of 2020, I tried working at Amazon as a seasonal associate. First night at work, Skye was crying when I left and my hubby called me as soon as I left that I needed to come home and quit. Days later, Skye still cried whenever I left and I knew then, I couldn't work normal hours. I don't know why it took me this long to take on a path in the world of small business. I honestly should've started long ago.
From being in the Army and as a stay at home, I learned to understand how self care is so important. That no matter how many people you have to take care of, you must come first so you can be a better caretaker for others.
